- Enterprise Options: Custom pricing for large-scale implementations
Payment Terms
- Payments processed securely through Stripe
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled
- Pro-rated billing for plan changes
- 60-day money-back guarantee on platform fees
Permitted & Prohibited Usage
Approved Usage
- Building internal or customer-facing automation
- Developing AI copilots for legitimate business processes
- Training models using your authorized data
- Integrating APIs with permitted third-party systems
Strictly Prohibited
- Malicious, fraudulent, or unlawful activities
- Generating misleading, abusive, or unsafe content
- Reselling platform access without written consent
- Reverse engineering or tampering with security controls

Limitation of Liability
Service Limitations
HifiBots AI platform services are provided "as is" with the following limitations:
- AI outputs may require human review and validation
- Platform availability subject to maintenance and updates
- Third-party service dependencies may affect functionality
- Usage limits apply based on subscription tier
Termination
Termination by Either Party
- Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice
- Immediate termination permitted for material breach, non-payment, or misuse
- Outstanding fees remain payable upon termination
Post-Termination
- Platform access is revoked and API keys are disabled
- Customer may export data for 30 days following termination
- We retain anonymized logs for security, billing, and compliance
- Refunds handled per our refund policy
